Prices are non-negotiable and subject to change but are locked in upon booking your session.
My pricing is simple and all inclusive. Each package includes your session itself and a set number of images. It’s my goal to give you a stress free experience with no loop holes or confusion. Just a great experience with images that will stand the test of time and preserve your family’s most important moments.
Newborns
Scheduled when your baby is under two weeks old Monday-Friday in the morning. I provide all the beautiful, classic accessories for your baby and their setups. My Grove City studio offers refreshments and snacks as well as comfortable seating. Grandparents can be added to any newborn package for $50.
In-home Lifestyle Newborn - 850
Natural window lighting - Uses your home as the backdrop - Natural, cozy poses of your family, each parent with baby, siblings, and baby portraits. I bring two cozy throws (two natural baby poses in a studio romper), two-three basket/bowls and a few swaddles/headbands from the studio.

Full Studio Newborn Session - 750
Includes three blanket colors and 3-5 props. Both swaddled and unswaddled poses. Includes family and baby photos.

Classic Newborn Session - 625
Includes one blanket color and 2-3 props. Both swaddled and unswaddled poses. Can be a mix of family and baby photos or baby only.

Studio Lifestyle Newborn Session - 595
Includes family-focused photos and natural baby photos. For the family who prefers the lifestyle route.

• Up to one hour in studio M-F mornings
Baby’s First Year Bundle - 2,100
This sweet bundle includes a maternity, full studio newborn and two sessions of your choosing (family or baby milestone) to capture your baby’s entire first year of life. All four sessions must be booked at once (30% of the total) to schedule the first year bundle. Your balance of each session will be divided equally and will be due no later than the week prior of each session. Your savings are $380 by booking this bundle!

Families and Children
Outdoor Family Session - 650
• 40 digital images + black and white copies
• Up to one hour at an outdoor location M-F at starting 1-2 hours before sunset. One Sunday date per month available.
• Includes family, sibling, parent and child images
• Extended families add $100
• Use of my timeless blankets and props for sitting, as well as having access to my baby studio wardrobe collection
Studio Family Session - 595
• 35 digital images + black and white copies
• Up to one hour in my studio M-F. One Sunday date per month available.
• Can be used for a baby milestone session up to 2 outfits (no cake smash set included)
• Includes family, sibling, parent and child images - no extended Use of my studio, timeless fabrics, props and baby studio wardrobe collection
Cake Smash - 650
• 30 digital images + black and white copies
• Up to one hour in my studio or outdoors M-F. One Sunday date per month available.
• Includes outfit(s) and simple cake along with custom backdrop setup
• Add a mini baby portrait session for $50 (this fee is waived for newborn clients!)
• Add a studio family portrait setup for $50
Maternity Session - 650
• 40 digital images + black and white copies
• Up to one hour in studio or outdoors M-F. One Sunday date per month available.
• 1-2 outfits - I provide help styling outfits but I don’t offer a maternity wardrobe.
• Includes family, couple and solo portraits
Details & Tid Bits
30% of your session total is due via Paypal to secure your date on the calendar. The balance of your chosen package is due no later than 72 hours before your session. This 30% retainer fee payment is nonrefundable should you cancel your session. Sessions that are scheduled within three days of inquiring will require payment in full to schedule. I accept debit/credit cards, check or cash. Paypal accepts all major credit and debit cards.
1-2 Sunday dates are available each month for non-newborn session clients. Once those fill only weekdays are available. Saturdays are currently unavailable.
Hair and makeup referral options are available. Please inquire!
All sessions include personal printing rights to an online, digital photo gallery of fully retouched images that are chosen and edited by me. Clients may not receive unedited or “raw” files. Completed galleries are delivered three weeks after our session date. Digital photographs may be downloaded to your computer and are to be used for personal use only. Beautiful, high-quality prints and canvases can be ordered via your photo gallery (optional) and are delivered directly from a professional photo lab to your home. Any use of your images for commercial or monetary gain is prohibited without the expressed written consent of Sarah Cropper Photography, LLC.
